Guys can someone explain to me, what is EMS? Which post/courier services offer it? I need to send something fragile overseas and the suggested method was EMS. Do they have insurance for the package?

-Hmm, my (personal) opinion on Skynet: the service is bad and unreliable.

1. Late delivery (2 times already).
2. Bad customer service (put on hold for some minutes with the loud voice of staff chatting can be heard in the background).
3. Promised to call back but at last I have to call them...

-BTW, the branch in question is Sungai Petani and Bukit Mertajam ones.

Regards,
-Musafir_86.
