Back from office and notice that received some stuff I order online via Skynet EMS.

According to my mom (which is at home during the parcel arrive) their staff just simply throw the parcel into my house. Then when my mom ask why they do that, reason, "I though that no one at home". Then the staff apologize. But still, as a customer point of view. They shouldn't do that to any parcel.  shakehead.gif

OMG, what service is that??? What if the item inside the parcel is fragile? Are they paying for that? BTW, you don't need to sign to show that you received it?

how much does poslaju charge to send a parcel weighing around 7-8kg, 111 X 20 X 9 cm from Klang to Kuching? their website put 64.50 but there should be some other hidden charges right? tax and stuff like that

LOL, how will we know how much will they charge for tax? Just go to the post office and you'll get the exact price you need to pay.

My friend send me a phone from USA and declare it as a gift so Will the Malaysia Custom confiscate it and tax + forcing me to buy the SIRIM sticker ?

If yes , how much will it cost ?
*
Well, it depends on your luck, sometimes they check and sometimes don't. They might request you to pay tax(they will send something to you and ask you to collect it at somewhere which I'm not sure) but I'm sure that they will not confiscate it, unless it's something illegal.

I bought ipod from UK on internet.
He sent to me with fedex on friday.
By tracking system,it says reach on monday. Our local time or UK time?
Do i need to pay any custom duty or import duty?
If so, whats the procedures?
Or izit illegal to buy from oversea?
Thanks!!

I don't know what time they follow, you should confirm with Fedex. It isn't ilegal to buy Ipod from overseas, I suppose. However, they might charge you duties which could be expensive.
