My spottings of Glorry hunters by my IMO definition.
1 - Final Chelsea vs United - A buddy says he supports whoever wins the game .
2 - Earlier this year United lost to Leeds and a United fan say whats the big deal?
3 - All Barcelona fans from 2009-NOW. YES.. ALL
4 - All current City and Spurs fans.
5 - If you support Liverpool then suddenly starts to shout bout Chelsea.. and now City or Arsenal

Perception that United fans are by default glory hunters is sooooo 15 years ago..

Not fair on Everton fans.. Those who still support them now i would'nt really put it there.
Supporters after Sky sports are fair game to me.. Since theres no real way to watch these teams prior 80's in malaysia. Heck.. Italian football only started shown here at 1990+ and that i used to watch at channel 5 sgapore before they show Oshin LOL. Sky sports thing is by British definition really.

All United fans that suddenly support Madrid cause Ronaldo moved there.
Arsenal fans that support barcelona cause they got Henry.

List is endless

And to relate to other posts. Supporting something cause ur from that country is flawed concept.. Siti Nurhaliza would'nt have anything if only Pahang people supported it. Same as football IMO. Its a false sense of loyalty to expect i have to support Johor FC just because I'm from there.

By your reasoning if one is passionate about football automatically he's passionate bout local football? It has nothing to do with the fact that United, Barcelona, Madrid and such are actually playing better entertaining football than local football? Personally i find it hard to care about other footballing clubs local or international wise other than United.

If i love listening to Music i'll flock to where it interest me. For example i'd rather care when Yuna produces an album rather than Saleh Yakob. Again by your reasoning i should be shouting huha support for my brother who sings in the toilet because its SINGING rite? I don give two cents on wether Yuna is malaysian or indian. I support cause i like good music.

Same in point, I support united cause i love the club. Giggsy owning Ashley Young, Vidic scoring a howler with Rooney's first goal makes my day because its good football.

By your logic If i'm passionate bout good food i will eat food no matter how awfull and what its made of? Flawwed logic there don't you think? Using your logic here. As for watching i also watch Spurs and occasionally Sunderland matches if its on for Welbeck.

And i do play football every now and if you take your stories from Goal.com, that's not much a thing really. Their like the Mangga or URTV of football u know. From your explanation i can see you think theres a difference but no. People are passionate on something cause they gain enjoyment from it. Its a two way street. Nobody reads an article in the internet unless they need to or gain enjoyment from it or have an attachment to it.

Thats the thing.. How is my analogy not suitable then? I don't see how it is'nt fair. You are saying i can get the same excitement watching Johor FC play when i can watch United games? No bro.. Just No. Its easy to say its different but without any reason to justify the difference i say you should just conceed to my point.

The thing is i don't see glory hunting as the same thing as you do. I enjoy the games United play so why am i automatically a glory hunter just because i watch their games, follow their transfers and their youth? I listen to Yuna cause she plays good music does that automatically make me a music glory hunter? So its passionate to be fans of Jalil Hamid singging but a glory hunter if you like listening to Meet Uncle Hussein?

Example of glory hunters..
United fans that suddenly support Chelsea at start of this season because they were bangging in 6-1 wins and seemed like to steamroll the league.

And have to say again.. ALL barca fans now. They have no alliegence to any team.. just want to be superior by supporting the IN team now.. so they can have fun belittle other people who support other team thats not winning

Lolz.. Don't pretend the sudden massive support of Barca fans now because they support Barca since Figo, Rivaldo days. Plastic fans support Barca now because they get to make fun of Madrid fans cause their rivalry, make fun of Arsenal fans because Arsenal try to emulate them, and make fun of United fans for Champ League win.

Seriously, supporting a succesfull team is automatically glory hunting? Glory hunting is despised on by most fans simply because they are not there during the tougher times. Grouping all United fans as Glory hunters is a disgrace to football fans who supported through Uniteds transition teams and loss. Please do get that there is a difference in what ur assuming here.
