3G glass should be no problem...ask 20year warranty from Erny lo...

They are looking for more staff - designer. u know la...most designer want to work in city/town only. hard to get designer to work in kajang even they pay 50% higher in market rate.

I think their staff spend most of the time deal with walk-in customer, sometimes we also need to wait another 1-2 hour ..u know la...discussion abt kitchen cabinet + drawing on the spot...it will take up 1-2 hour.

Most of my fren also email them but they will getting the reply after 1-2 week time. If urgent then you should visit them.
Every 1 here and outsider all know they got provide free quotation and 3D design, so i also not sure how many email they receive every day...

I have electrician to install all the light and ceiling fan...rm10 per item....too bad he is very busy.

But 1K is really worth for it else next time you need to pay more when u have money to do it...haha
with the partition platform at bar counter....it look more balance between my kitchen and dining area.
mine design is simple and cheaper...less than 1K...special price from patrick.

Other i will pay balance after installation...but UK i go to pay them b4 they come on next day.
Usually they will ask you to pay on the same day installation is completed.

Good question. my total also above 20K. but i think their promotion is for kitchen cabinet only. unless your kitchen cabinet is 20K?

u see legend kitchen also very hot, every have 10 team install in diff places.....booking full until 3 month later.

normally all material will not have much defect when come to your house, so all is based on good workmanship.
They have too many team ...need to depend on the luck.

but my coll got complaint la...call patrick say why the actual cabinet is look nice than 3D ....
and say his staff spend 2 hour just to QC and adjust all the soft close door...my coll say all look perfect but they still spend time do adjustment.....haha

Then after erny come to take photo...he not happy with some small small defect...silicon din clean up...
so he say wan to touch up for me asap...but i stop him..cos i m tired after spend many month on renovation stuff

so i ask him come to touch up for me when he have project at my condo later, cos few of my condo member will ask him to do also. or i can wait 2nd phase to ask UK to do later as well...all this defect can wait until 2nd phase...eye cannot spot also

I never worry their services after sales, some small defect i dont wan to change, enry also wan to change for me.
compare to my condo friend that give their KC to Cxbxx, come more than 10 times and take more than 6 month until now still cannot solve it.

I get free china soft close for all door and taiwan soft close for drawer...and i need to pay the deposit to book it cos is under promotion.

They only have 1 showroom, i also from sg buloh. go to their showroom on sunday morning...i think just take u 30min only.

This weekend UK will arrange the Majalah Dapur Impiana for my Kitchen Cabinet shooting...any 1 have this experience b4? they will take owner photo put into majalah ke? If yes...need to touch up touch up 1st...haha

Any thing free from them? Last time got call from chinese ID magazine...they will give me free 12 month free magizine.

Then 3G should be your choice...if you choose high gloss surface it will easy scratch.

Titan have explain on above...magic glass is those look like mirror when light is off. and u can see the inside when the light is on.
