I had to deal with Sunway Pyramid maxis centre and i can tell you for a fact that if you don't go there and demand to see their manager to settle the problem, they will not bother to call you. They never called me back for over a month and i had to call up maxis call centre twice to get things moving and then when it was supposed to be settled, i had to wait for over an hour with a clueless exec trying to fool me, but i put my foot down and insisted on speaking to the manager and made him give me a written promise on when i would get an exchange - miraculously, i got my phone a few days later! Dun believe anything they say and the best way to deal with them is to tell them off to their faces! Being nice gets you nowhere with maxis, demand to see the manager and tell him off would be my advise.
