Normally take how to send the iphone warranty ??

Normally it take how long to get the replacement set after send to MAXIS warranty ???? can someone tell me ?

Mine is minor problem mean dead pixel ... SO how long was it ?

last question i would like to ask . After the warranty done by maxis they will call u to pick up the phone or I must call them to ask that my phone is ok or not ?

I hate the ipoh CS . I send my phone due to dust under the glass. He reject it because it is a minor problem . I buy the phone for sure i wan it perfect right ? Any solution what should i do now ?

I was at there for 1 hour they even look like ignoring me . They even serve other customer as i sit there like nerd .

Try to call them and ask about it
