more muscle less height? truth or myth?, gaining muscle stops height growth??

hey guys. enlighten me on this matter pls. i am 18 n i am gaining muscle yet my sisters are discouraging me to gain weight cuz they said height might stop. really?

well. makes sense but then again.
my siss' statement : muscles harden, elongation of bones stops . makes sense too. dun u think?  well i'm not trying to start a debate or so. juz trying to get things clear in my head. thanks neway! |
