hey guys,
i going to send my ps3 to sg to claim warranty for unable to read disc.

anyone can tell what i need to bring and how to reach the place from nearest mrt and what to talk to the person etc etc?

Added on July 7, 2008, 12:49 amjust to share my experience on claiming warranty.

the service center is at level 4 wisma atria, just right next to orchard mrt station.

i had registered warranty online so i just present them the unit and sign some papers and its done.

he ask me to call back on wednesday to check status. i will update on then...

anyways, i send to service center at 5/7, i told the guy i am not Singaporean so he asked me to call back to check status. however before i called i received a mail that the service is done. so on 12/7 i went back to the service center to pick it up.

according to them the technician changed the lens. everything in the harddisk are still there and one thing to note is that when i send them it is FW2.40 but when i took back it is FW2.36
