QUOTE(cic.lemur @ May 9 2009, 08:01 PM) As subject, I'm looking for a room to rent somewhere near Putra LRT or something. Or if got a nice appartment or house near LRT (purchase not rent). I suppose I could afford something around 200K Hope someone can recommend. |

bro... now days any housing near LRT are costly & prices expect to rise like hot cakes. this is because if petrol rises again, the housing near LRT will follow.
if you intend to secure a purchase, make it fast PJ area is the best. many new developments like Asia Jaya location has boom. they rent out to students to pay the installments, i also want. |

rent will be better because it's noisy to stay near an LRT station.
i stayed in Miharja apartment before & everytime the LRT passes by, it's really noisy but convenient lar... after i owned a car i shifted away. |

I went to look at metroview at wangsa maju yesterday. Not too near LRT so no noise, also you can find almost everything you need within walking distance. Lots of people selling 270K-300K.
It looks great on the outside, the apartments itself is 1150sf 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Master bedroom got personal toilet. It's ok, pretty nice. RM170~ maintenance fee. Big slack is the corridors look like low cost flat, ugly cement floors. It's a big shame. Also only 2 lifts service a block, 26 floors, I think like 10 rooms or more each floor, so lift break down is gonna be a headache. Added on May 25, 2009, 11:02 amAny agents here?
