Having the same problem now after reboot...called them earlier and was told they need 1 day to reset the password??!!

Gona call them again now.

darn!!!! another victim!!! PAP authentication failed... just PASANG yesterday and now shit down!!!

call up and ask for password reset..the said 'now this is new system, cant do password rest'

sometime i also encounter PAP authentication failed on my free modem from TM Dlink 2640-B

what i did is let the modem turn off for 20-30mins and after that re-try again.
i guess their server having problem..

Sorry to have to bump this but I'm having the exact same problem here.

If not mistaken this happened before in the past but less frequent than now. I did call up TM Nuts they reset my password but obviously this wasn't the problem.

I'm 200% sure I didn't touch my password at all. DSL light fully stable. Happens especially if I off/on my modem router.

Whole of last evening this happened and I couldn't get online at all. Back on this morning and then off again this afternoon.

Sorry to revive old thread but my friends and I are also having this stupid PAP or Password Authentication problem now.
