Heheheheh...............I like this counter, after selling most of the shares to kucing Kurap, they are calling for a rights issue sweeten with free warrants. Another round of Saaging or another round of sucking the bananas out of the many shareholders. Saag bananas, saag bananas...........saag bananas........target 3 sens? A blowjob is not as exciting as buying this counter! Good luck guys!

More liabilities are good and latter more shares issued are good. Price can go up? Is the person from Mars?

The rights issues r priced at 8 sen. So the management have to maintain it above the said price. if not the rights will not be successfully subscribed and the underwriter gonna to lose their pants to take up the unsubscribed portion. That's the story! All those counterfeiting story r bulls!!!!!

Right issue in theory is 10 sen but capitalisation from retained profit and reserves at 2 sen. But the actual price of the rights is 8 sen, therefore if the market value transacted at below 8 sen lots of rights will not be subscribed.

Hi guys,

So is SAAG out of the woods? Any One knows why its turnover declined and profits up for the last quarter? And also whether its trade receivables have increased w/o cash flow to back up its profit?
