Guys, Scomila is better alternative to SAAGlah. Got interest every quarterly at 4% per annum. Conversion to mother without putting in more money. Price now at 11 sen. If price of oil above 90 usd, this counter will fly high.

Big fish get share placement and sell in open market. Did he made a loss this time?Question is why Azman khan only get private placement shares? Why not existing shareholders? Maybe right issue for SAAG may not be underwritten by the banks cos the company is not bankable lah.

That's the problem with malaysian market, share like SAAG are likely to be manipulated. So guys look at prospective earnings/ or forward earnings to buy. If not u get fuc#ed. Just imagine if u were to buy at 20sen few months ago. What r u gonna to do?
So if call or put option is available, then the issuer could go bust with the way the management of SAAG f*uc*ed their own shares. This post has been edited by alenac: Apr 22 2010, 09:24 PM |

I dun know about u guys. The more I think about it, I think the management has a target price to start to collect back at dirt cheap price but I dun think at 11 sen. If they are targeting to buy back and obtain controlled at cheap price the next quarter results should panic all kucing kurap shareholders to shit red blood.
This is my hunch. I could be right or not, I dun know, time would tell. See, the lead Azman khan sell till zero. This post has been edited by alenac: Apr 22 2010, 10:51 PM |

Satu lagi penipuan by makan tidur, no rights issues but EB and Private placement still ongoing untill May. They can't issue right since 2007 cos share prices moving south all the time! So they cancelled it. Therefore the shares prices are expected to weaken further once more shares are issued.
"The company has about RM550mil worth of contracts in its order book, which will keep the company busy up to 2012. The company had in December 2007 announced its requirement to raise additional capital through rights and exchangeable bonds (EB) issues to meet its various capital requirements. Due to the economic downturn, SAAG was unable to raise capital through the rights issue. It has only been in tranches that the EBs have been issued. To date, US$45mil of the EBs have been raised from the total of US$60mil. Meanwhile, the rights issue was supposed to raise a total of RM200mil. "The company is also now in the midst of completing its 10% private placement at an issue price of 14 sen for the third tranche of the placement shares, comprising 14 million placement shares. The issuance of the EBs and the private placement should be completed by May,” said Anand." This post has been edited by alenac: Apr 26 2010, 10:13 PM |

Looks like further shares issues as SAAG made an extension to Nov 2010. Another Big lie by the director, that further share issue will stopped at end of May 2010.

SAAG all time low today! 9.5 sen, target 5 sen. Bad Q results will drive it down further.
Guys Makantidur has little knowledge of what is short selling. He kept on shouting about illegal short selling hoping this counter would react positively. But the more he shouts the worst it gets. This post has been edited by alenac: May 20 2010, 12:02 AM |

Another theory by makantidur, that company will buy back shares. if they can buy back shares then they can pay bond hoders then. Instead of the bondholders converting and selling in open market. The coming Q results will determined the direction of SAAG price, at the moment the downside risk is much higher.

Going by Fun manager's criteria, they will looked into 2 quarters results b4 moving in. Looked at SAAG turnover its declining. Also looked at past press release by its management. If I am not mistaken they said they have millions of ongoing projects in hand, why are they not completed and revenue recognised? Or is it that they r having problems completing them, left as inventories carried forward year to year.
Anyway I haven't checked their latest quarter results. But i did commented last year especially on their inventories below: "I suspect SAAG 300 mill inventories could be overvalued or fakes. Unusually high inventories points towards past quarters or years of profit manipulations ( to sustain share prices) from actual losses. High amount of borrowings could also mean that their acquisition costs of control over the management of the company from the previous major shareholders has been transferred to the company. Hence the high costs translated to high inventories to enable window dressing the results. One think about magic, it only last for a while as the truth will finally prevailed or the balloon will have to burst as the pressure is insurmountable." Its interesting to see how the board of directors faced the shareholders in the forthcoming AGM. Are they going to keep on lying to shareholders? I hope a shareholder will ask the directors why they are not holding substantial shares in the company if the prospect of the company is good.

On 1st july Doraley's Shareholdings fell below 5% and therefore all future disposal need not be disclosed to KLSE. I think the bondholders shareholdings is almost nil by now.
