Rosdi1, throw away the chart, and go for Price Action.
Having about 200K lots open daily on both B/S area, and taking into the situation like KNM (big lots B/S) , the price will crawl slowly.
From 11.5cts now to 17.5cts is like 153% movements, and spending of about 78 million RM. Now, do you think it is achievable?
There are 11 price steps from 11.5cts to 17.5cts.
