There is no "better" phone between the 2. Both has pro and cons. I suggest you review all the features of both and decide which is better suited for you. I have used the htc HD for about 2 years and upgraded to HD2. I still keep the iphone ( rarely used - only for audio books and podcasts when travelling ).


I list below here some brief guidelines:

1. iPhone - good fro multimedia - audio, video ( disadvantage you need to manage its functions with iTunes). Browser is better than HD. Customization - practically nil - you just have to accept what has been builtin . It is a good phone "out of the box" if you are not the tech type and do not wish to fiddle with roms/theming/screen customizations etc. Business related programs poor and very basic. Plenty of apps for you to play with ( again you need iTunes account ) to be able to manage it. Pity you cannot buy music/video downloads in Msia as not listed. Sync well with MAC OSX but poorly with Windows

A very good alternative to iPhone is the new Android phones ( Google Nexus One, Motorola Milestone, and coming htc Desire ) : I just bought a Nexus One a month ago and on a scale of 10 : I will rate Nexus a score of 10 vs the iPhone a score of 5. No flaming on this please as is just my own personal assessment. The Android phones are new and is considered the underdog - the Nexus one was launched as supposedly a potential iPhone killer and I do believe it will be - Android being open sourced comes with a lot of potential and I personally believe it will be the leader in mobiles in the coming 1-2 years. Just having the Nexus for just a month - I can already see how it will overtake the iPhone and as for Windows Mobile - seriously Microsoft has a lot of catching up to do. Windows Mobile 7 has been delaying and up top date reviews/unofficial inputs from so called official sources - is not encouraging.

2. HD - great if you like to play with customization, roms, theming, etc. Programs features and functionality is better than corresponding iPhone apps. Great syncing with both Windows and Mac OSX. Resistive screen unlike capacitative in iPhone. Depends again on what type of screen input you like - the swype and soft type in iPhone or the hard and poke type in HD.

For my OWN needs, I prefer the htc HD ( I score it a 10 ) against the iPhone ( a score of 3 )

Just 1 question,i already update to WM6.5..How to downgrade back to my ori WM6.1?

find a 6.1 rom n flash again.
the same way when u flashed to 6.5 minus the HSPL part.
