I understand your disappointment & I am here trying to help you out of the situation.I apologize on the wrong unit of PL30 that delivered to you, it is mistake from my side & sorry for inconvenience.

I have to emphasize :

All the SOUNDMAGIC earphones purchased from me are brand new, genuine & sealed. I will not unseal it & check the content inside unless customer request for it.

Before you purchased, I did mentioned that this model having STOCK CLEARANCE @ special price. I think the word 'STOCK CLEARANCE' should explain something.

I can't guarantee all the earbuds stay at where it should be during the delivery time, who knows how many people shaked it to check what is inside the parcel. The important thing here is I can guarantee the unit you received is brand new, sealed & genuine.

My suggestion is, please post this item in full set back to me, I'll check & diagnostic it thoroughly on the issues you mentioned, maybe there is defect on the unit that you received or maybe not. Anyway, I will replace it with another new unit in correct color & check before I post out this. I'll cover the courier fee too.

PL30 is award-winning & many good reviews about it from forums / websites / professionals & etc. But sometimes people hear differently.
