- All SoundMAGIC products are genuine & imported, leave unopened & new inside the original carton. Regarding the dust, I'll check it out then contact the manufacturer to improve if this is true. But so far this is the first feedback I received for the same batch of stock.

- I've reviewed our conversation and I found you wrote this : 'Well, I actually kind of already know which ones I might want.' So, I assumed you did survey before you tell me so. Anyway, in future if you need any further information, please let me know any time & I am willing to share.

We encourage honesty. As you said this is a gift for friend & you don't have a chance to test them yet, perhaps you should give a look first. Please take a photo & pm me. I willing to offer new exchange for you asap(before end of month). I will make sure the new one going to exchange with yours is in good condition this time.
