Hi all, just got my S42 a week ago and fell happy with it.
I just have a few questions. Do i really need to upgrade to 3 years warranty for the lappie from www.ucare.com.my? Are benQ's Part reliable?

drivers alll vista can use 1 ... w7 also can use... software a few cant use la... but kaspersky can...

if vista brought after 1 july.... when w7 release can get free upgrade

i'm using S42 now, for me the laptop is good, the build is solid, been using it for 6 month now, no problem at all, oso got warranty 3 years (that my friend at shop help me, discount for me, i donno the details lor)...all i can say is

angelpoli...the only person that actively use the benq services warranty is a user (weiyap_tan) but actually he's offline..some of us haven't encounter any problem before so never use the CS before,

but info got from weiyap, the warranty services is good..that's all i can say

about the cost for 3 years international warranty, maybe you can call benq toll free line (1800-38-8811) to ask, none of us is quite sure about this, we don't want to provide you with an in-accurate info...

about the time frame for the warranty services to be done, depends whether the SC have stock for the faulty devices in your lappy, if not have to wait maybe a week or so, depends on how fast they can receive the lappy parts...
