Don't worry MIB, if you can't got Serena or even Zarra which a lot of havoc created by the prospect...look at Bandar Kinrara like me. I'm not Q to get their house like the BK last launch..just buy their exisiting project still avilable...I bought Hening 2 1/2 S 22' x75' at RM566,888.

Before I bought this I did also asking for Zarra but the proposed price bit height for me even their location is great. But if I compare current Zarra price after they open for the first 60 to what I saw in Puteri Height (their location is slightly out but their address is UEP Subang Jaya (for people who look address name as their main piority to show off) ...Zarra price is look look cheap. SIME open for sale 2 project early Mascarena Palms, 2 1/2 S at RM728,888 (Type A1) & 738,888 (Type A2) but they got Sky Garden/Lanai and Infinity Pond at the most top floor and Grandis Palms 2S at RM 668,888 (2,510 sqft Type X1) & RM 678,888 (2,470 sqft Type X2). It good price sweat.gif

Come MIB joins BKes..got golf course. But the choice is on your hand then why so fuss about Zarra...another type of property what we called HOME. brows.gif

Came during their launch last Saturday for makan makan...2S semi-d Type Chantek at RM 2.25mil and 2S Super Link Type Qaseh...Bad respond on Semi-D..over price compared to IOI Skyville 3S at RM 2.2mil but good respond on their super link..it look Puchong 2S price toward 1mil...even I visit Hillcrest Puchong Utama..they are start selling 22'x75' at RM500K

The land is not belong to IOI. Based on the project sign...1 1/2 storey office with showroom at ground floor.

Ya..they got 2 new townships at Bangi (ex Lion Group Bdr Bukit Mahkota) and Sepang at Kota Warisan (ex Gema Padu)
