Ya, I know the UI has changed drastically; but the lifetime Call timer BS is still the same...I just dont understand why they do this; and why more customers don't complain...But thats another thread.

Right now I have about 15 BB's in my store and only 5 or six have the correct hours listed...I need to get this resolved. I'm just shocked even the experts on this page don't know...Shows how deep this problem is. How do any of you know the warranty replacement, or insurance replacement you get, doesnt have 500, 700, or even over 1000 hours on it? These subcontractor companys the SP's use for these replacements are the worst offenders of all; I've caught them redhanded many times in my last 17yrs in this business; and the SP's know it as well because I've showed them my proof. This is one of the reasons I dont activate for any of them anymore, And I was once the largest in my state.

Yup, welcome =)
If you're Malaysian, you'll definitely know what is Lowyat.

It easily can be considered as a popular online market site, and many other sub forums such as Blackberry, which you are here now biggrin.gif

I think I wrote in my first post here, that only works 30 % of the time; depending on SP and Model. Most times it gives you either the "Exceded" message or "IT policy" message for bot Data and Calls. I need an outside program, or fool proof code to read this consistently.

I tried what you suggested and got the following results for my 5-days-old BB Bold 9000 supplied by Digi:
1) Data Usage: Exceeded 250k
2) Voice Usage: Exceeded 60 Minutes
What do these results mean?
