what do u recommend for macro shots of insects?

raynox 250 + sp90 OR tammy 70-300 +raynox 250?

cause if sp90 need to get very2 close to the insect and this could cause it to fly away.

if 70-300 can take a distance away..so the insect wont go flying away..

another thing what is the diff with alien gun like this and flash ring? flash ring also can diy?

if u use only 70300, then yes, must stay far away.. but if put raynox, the MFD is very short dy.. same like using sp90 wor
