Teams

1. Teams may not have more than 6 Players (1 Leader, 5 Co-Leader/Members).
2. Players may not be on more than one Team, on the same Tournament.
3. Teams should be checked, before the start of a Match, to verify all players.
4. All players from any region are welcome to enter this tournament.
5. Team or Player names may not contain inappropriate language.
6. Teams must have 5 Players on the roster for the tournament. Teams with fewer than 5 Players, at that time, will be not be eligible for the tournament.


Gameplay

1. No leaving the normal boundaries of a Map.
2. All players must use default models, default skins, default sprites, and no offensive sprays or sprays that mimic game elements (textures, models, etc.).
3. Players are not allowed to use “clipping” bugs in the game so they can see over (or through) certain walls. Admins will make the final call on whether or not clipping did indeed take place.
4. No going onto Invisible Ledges.
5. Boosting is illegal. Also, using a grenade to boost a player ("nade jumping") or shooting a player while jumping to gain height is prohibited.
6. Manipulation of server configurations, client configurations, models, skins, weapons, sounds, or anything that alters the predetermined settings is illegal. Also the use of aimbots, wall hacks, or third party programs that alter how the game is played are illegal. Admins have the final ruling on what is or is not illegal.
7. Repeated proning and unproning to shoot and not be injured (also known as “Vertical Glitch”) is illegal.
8. Breaking any of the above rules will result in a Forfeit loss. Matches must be completed for a dispute to take place, disputes involving the above rules cannot take place while then match is in progress.
9. All matches are to be played with PunkBuster enabled.
10. All servers will be running on the Promod Final 3 Mod.


All Matches

1. A Game consists of two 12 round halves played on one map. When one team wins 13 the match is over and they are declared the winner. If a team leaves the server before 13 rounds are played then that team forfeits the match.
2. If the teams are tied at the end of regulation play (two twelve round halves), then the teams will play overtime. Overtime consists of two three round halves, with the teams remaining on the same side as their last regulation (12 round) half.
3. Teams will flip coins for sides.
4. If by 15 minutes past the scheduled Match time, a Team doesn’t have enough Players to play the Games, the incomplete Team Forfeits the Match.
5. Teams must have 5 members present in order to start a Round/Game.
6. Players are required to use their in-game name that they have listed on their team’s roster.
7. Substitutions are allowed at half time only.
8. Teams will start on the same side which the match began for overtime (players switch sides before starting).


Tournament Bracket Matches

1. The Bracket will be a Best of 3 Game Match, Double Elimination Bracket.
2. Once one Team wins 2 Games, the Match is over.
3. After losing a Match, Teams will fall into the Losers Bracket.
4. A Match loss in the Losers Bracket will result in elimination from the Tournament Bracket.
5. The higher seeded Team must choose one map to play and one map to remove. Then, the lower seeded Team must choose the second map to play, followed by a map to remove. The higher seeded Team then picks the third map from the remaining two maps.


Server

1. Servers will be running on the Promod Final 3 Mod, and has punk buster enabled.
2. If the server crashes during the first round, the match will be restarted at 0-0. If the server crashes after the 1st round has completed, the server will be restarted and play will resume with the score at the time of the server crash.


Referees

1. Referees will be present to answer any questions or solve any problems your Team may have during a Match.
2. Verbal abuse of a Referee may result in a ban. Team Leaders are responsible for the conduct of their teammates.

Reporting

1. As soon as game ends do not close the game. Referees will be there to record score.
2. For all cheating claims, the burden of proof is on the accuser.
3. Any form of cheating or unsportsmanlike behavior may result in a Forfeit of a Game or match.
4. Unsportsmanlike behavior and verbal abuse will not be tolerated.
