if we compare to ddr2 the latency is lower and the frequency is also lower. which 1 is more important actually? frequency or latency?

ya i agree with u. sometime the benchmark can show alot of diff between amd and intel but we as a human is it really can feel the different? last time i used intel e8400 and now amd 7850, i dun feel any different. let's say we use i7 very powerful proc but do we really fully utilize it? wat u guys think?
