Is it possible to enable cnq with overclocking in bios? The cnq option disabled once i change the clock settings

A question. When I increase the HT speed on bios, the clock speed will not increase until I "sleep" the pc and on it again. Any ideas?

Saw antonio's nice result so I try to hit 3.3 again
Haven't play with the ram timing yet
