u may try mem set.. from there u can change from windows..
some HP ram got EPP.. which you can play with the timings set..

other things.. refer for others timing too.. not that 5-4-4-12 only..

i'm referring to kuntawakaw post.. about the tRAS i suppose..

some times other timing will change or loosen automatically.. that's why found it slower even though we expect it in tight condition..

use 'Mem Set' to see all the timings..

wrong play² then hang/restart..

all different.. all depends on the chips itself.. not brand..

even the same chip but diff batch some times.. got diff characteristics..

just use to see only don't apply..

manually oc is better..

he waiting RM1k amd proc..

it's not about watt.. some of them are mislead..
nowadays depends on amp of 12v rails..
amd also if not mistaken didn't specify is it true power or not..

4770 is like 3870.. so 400-450W is enough..

so for 450W cap ayam kokok i always deduct 70% of the watt..
should be around ~300W

that setup require 250W-300W.. so.. ok edy..

that's the total power consumption..
if want oc more.. buy some insurance <- true power psu

if u see clearly.. they stated it as PEAK POWER - mean the 460W is just a matter of second.. in constant it is not!
i bet it's just 3++W only.. worst 280W.. that's why not enough..

true power mean it's can stand onload constantly..

search at least 20A @ 12v rails..
