da guy say is true...if u really wan to let the nb/q up...u must pump ur nb vcore...and nb cooler is needed ..da y i ask u to keep lower
so ur problem ur nb is build a grahpic... da y u cant oc very high... u cant compare with other ppl proc speed..coz they r using 790FX chipset

NB for mobo also nid to pump for oc higher ..same as sb too ..which some time can help to loading the windows or stressing

CPU----CPU-NB ---CPU-HTlink---RAM---NB---SB all got connection together ...1 of this 6 thing fail ...maybe cant boot , maybe cant loading windows or maybe fail stressing

of coz ...with 1 step . if u really wan to learn. join the gathering . u will learn much on there

this is value DDR3 ram timing 9-9-9-x same as DDR1 3-3-3-x ...which ddr3 is 3 time then ddr1
performance DDR3 ram if can find 7-7-7-x 100% is damn good performance but i think most can find is 8-8-8-X

Coz u now using onboard GC ...

Disabled it and use PCI-E slot GC then temp will slow down somore

w/o ss so hard to tell .....few thing will get error while streesing.....ram timing to tight , no enuf vdimm or the chipset hot...
nb vcore or too hot ...proc no enuf vcore or too hot ..ape lagi ??

i think ur problem is ur KVR ram 2x2gb ..try with 1 stick + 1 or 2 step up vdimm
