hillarious.

1. where does PTPTN get the money to lend to people? = TAX

2. in the agreement, does it even MENTION the word 'imigresen' or immigration?

NO

Unless you are bankrupt and dont pay your taxes, the government cant actually stop you form going overseas. What PTPTN is doing is ILLEGAL, I am surprised why nobody fight them in court. the initial agreement was the borrower WILL face an action from law is she/he doesnt pay pay up. and by law means, you will have to be tried first in court. did you frend receive any letter from high court passing the judgement she cant travel?

know your rights people. najib loves sheeps like you.

QUOTE(frequency @ Jan 9 2010, 10:31 AM)
It is kind of weird, that happens among my batch.
For those who bayar randomly received warning letter that they shall clear off all the tunggakan otherwise they ll be banned to keluar daripada negara

However, for those who never pay any single cent since graduate, do not receive any warning letter.....

exactly.

the law is just.

those are classic cases from ptptu.

most of us here pay our taxes, contributes to epf. if ptptu really wants the money, why not make it a compulsary salary deduction in the first place doh.gif why ya?

BECAUSE OF THE CONTRACT WRITTEN IS TOO FLUID.
