the easiest way to get out of the problem is to pay the loan amount. if you go directly to speak to them, they will allow you to make some nominal amount and update your contact info including address and employer details before removing the blacklist.

but please pay back the money anyway... be honorable alright. some other kid needs the money to study. and we are paying taxes not to have ppl study free with them without paying back.
