I think your friend deserve it, but I can give you a simple solution


First, appeal to PTPTN whether if she can can repay back slowly on a regular basis.

Should the appeal is not accepted, the only other way is to convince the PTPTN officer that your friend is not in the position to repay the loan(which is, she must've not been in employment till today, which I doubt since she can go Phuket)

And the final and only way is to get a loan of RM25k(personal or from friends) to settle the RM25k owed to PTPTN, and slowly throughout the years settle the loan and the interest.


I'm being kind here, but if your friend got a complain about getting a loan, I say serve her right for not doing her responsibilities. All this could've avoided if she got the courtesy of paying as little as RM70 a month at such a low interest rate. Now she have to pay the penalty for the ignorance. And don't complain about her bf never get blacklisted, just because you rob a bank and your accomplice didn't get caught, doesn't make you innocent
