most of the admirals change their name depends on their abilities after they get promoted

sakazuki --> akainu ( red dog )
borsalino --> kizaru ( yellow monkey )
kuzan --> aokiji ( blue pheasant )

but i wont say they change their name , it is just a nickname , their previous name was their real name
