1) crocodile is strong in dessert, but he sucks in sea...he dont look that strong to me
2) g.moria look the 2nd weakest to me, i dont rate highly of his ability
3) kuma is strong, but his true intention is still unknown. instead of finishing luffy n his nakama, he choose to send them all to other place separately 
4) jinbei, his skill so far are all come from sea. didnt know how well he perform on land
5) mihawk, no doubt i rate him one of the strongest among shicibukai. despite rumours he as strong as shanks, i still think shanks is stronger.
6) boa, i rate her the weakest. her skills work on normal fighter, doubt can effective against strong opponent
7) doflamingo, true power stilll unknown...bounty is the highest but that probably because he do more damage than others
8) Marshall D. Teach, he is strong against ace...but he damn weak against magellan (on purpose?).

hmm he seems to be able to manipulate others like puppets.
maybe he got some kind of string power, slicing up the legs with them.

look at kuma power, wat a damm powerful wave attack..and so do moria..i knew moria such a monster if he go all out from the beginning..
