well, the table tennis game is quite fun, but doesn't really have the full flexibility of playing a real table tennis game...also, some of the spins are simply too powerful and easily executed...(as in real life you wanna spin like that...dream on...XD)

other than those, yea, it's quite fun...(and it will make your arm really tired)

what is the function for the motion plus?

I dont know if this happened to anybody here in LYN, when i inserted the WSR, it required system upgrade. my unit is korean sys...Any ideas?

yes, WSR requires an update to 3.4U

i wouldn't recommend updating a transsexual korean wii thou...

of course you need a system upgrade, since Wii Motion Plus is a new device, your existing system will not have the firmware to pair with WM+.

And Wii Sports Resort comes with a system update. Read your manual that comes with game.

however, since you mentioned, your unit is a korean version, I assume it's modded, then by upgrading the system, most likely your Wii will be bricked.

it provides better translation of your movement to on screen action in those games that support/requires it.

So if I get a new Wii Korean set tranformed one will it work with the motion plus?

new korean set would be no problem if you know how to patch up those missing items

For your korean set.. you'll need to update the cIOS to an updated custom one.... ahemm....

I have updated my Korean set wii, working fine with Wii M+...enjoy WSR to the max now.

just got my M+ from bro greyshadow today. I was completely addicted to swordfighting in WSR. Played it the whole night and nothing else. Would try other games tmr. Really love this add on.

Whats the best part for me abt canoeing in wii sports resort is coop mode no split screen and super highly fun.(more than 1 player)
Versus mode for canoeing also no split screen.

I'm planning to play sport resort with wii+.. but heard that system update is needed eventhough it is not recommended as this will brick the wii.. any advise guys?

If you have HBC, I suppose u could try to update cIOS to rev13 then it shouldn't be a prob. But I don't promise you anything, you still might brick your Wii...

Wii Sport Resort or M+ games are not affect no matter wat firmware u r ...i assume everybody at least 3.2...
