I don't think it is Sime that accumulated the share in the open market, as if they plan for share swap, they don't want to splash out cash to get the done deal, so no reason to splash the cash to buy in the share in open market.
But surely there are some big shark taking advantage of the rumour, gorenging kau kau.
Last time, if not mistakne, I remembered MISC Ramunia take-over deal collapsed due to accounting issue, right? Can't remember quite correctly. Correct me if I am wrong.
