Silat also has origins in Indonesia, therefore if we include silat, we cant really take full credit.

Agree. Look at Juri at SFIV, she doesnt wear the usual Taekwondo garb. But she still listed as Taekwondo. And Korea is happy.
Maybe Malaysia should start investing on Japan Game Technology. Like the Korean bought NeoGeo.
