I got an HIS X1950 Pro IceQ3 Turbo,
The Problems is,the fan - got sound when it spinning high or low,like tec,tec,tec is this because of the fan already broken?? or The fans need oil to fix the condition?? any one can help me on how to fix it?? Reference Picture as below :

how to open bro?? can give picture on how first step to open the fan with picture??,
hope u can help, i want t open other fans also,want see inside and clean it,hehe thanks bro coz contribute in my thread,i really appreciate your help with picture |
