Noteworthy is that back in 1996, when the Multimedia Super Corridor was first conceptualised, Malaysia was at par with South Korea and Taiwan in terms of broadband penetration rates. Today, we are miles behind in terms of broadband penetration while these countries have steadily forged ahead.

There fixed The Penetration rates was done by statistics and survey before rolling DSL into the land.
