Anyone know where got stock for S series (i5 model) ?? today i went to 1u sony centre and they do not hv stock.

At last, i got my S series S117 model today. wahhahaha.

i got question, first time we hv to charge the battery for 8 hours rite? let say if i goin out and i wont be able to off it when it reach 8 hours, so is it ok if i come back that time only off it? or it is better i off it and cont charge after i come back??

pls help me.. i dunno much man... !!!

anyway, why my laptop audio will like become softer the sound then slowly increased back. anyone can help?

i got questions... S117 model processor is 2.4Ghz with turbo boost to 2.93Ghz. What does it mean with the turbo boost? and how we can do it?

my S series battery also have the "loose" that u mean. But i dunno bout the DVD. i tihnk mine is okie.

dvd drive i think dun hv loose. Bout unplug, mine screen will become darker a bit only. wont black like urs. but i dunno why will like that 1. dunno we can set it or not. Anyone here know?

due to changing power profile from goin plug to battery- is it we can set to not become darker? or the setting itself is just like that?

1 more thing, sometimes when i using my laptop, sometimes the screen will become darker. sometimes when i start a new program also will become darker. can i know why?

last month i bought and i choose the sling bag. after using for nearly 1month, i feel that backpack is more suitable for me. do u know any sony centre that i can get it? and how much is the price? can i get any discount for that??

anyone would wan to switch his backpack with my slingbag??

i think the price shud be ok for the SU processor. Even asus also the price same as Y series but Asus come with the graphic card. This Y series is built in graphic card.
anyway, if u like that model, just go ahead and get it. As u said, u like Sony. So just get wat u like, even u buy another brand which is more worth it but not so like 1. Will u be happy?
hehe.... this is just my opinion. I also buying S series bcoz i like the design. haha.

i think every vaio laptop got the battery draining problem. i dunno whether other brand got this kind of problem or not.

i also hv try that both which is detach the batt from laptop and attach it with laptop. if u detach from laptop, then it will not drain the batt. but if u attach to laptop, it will drain. i hv tested both.

i wanna ask ahh. can we set the short cut that we wan to put in Vaio Gate ourselves?
for example, in my vaio gate, there is microsoft trial 60days there. can i remove it?
if can, how to remove it?
