if buy bulk and keep it hidden in a bagpack then shouldn't be a problem. if buy 1 brand new in box (even for personal use) and bring it in a shopping bag, there is a high chance that u gonna get stopped by the customs. and then u will be taxed 30%. sometimes it also depend on luck.
