at least they could reset your port, i called them 4 times and none of them could reset my port and just answered "it might be your splitter or your router that is at fault" and btw i am only getting 40% of my speed RM88 package but barely getting 400kbps speed. Gaming in GG always lag and loading a single page in Onemanga takes forever.
