After 4 years in kl, i am generally 'numb' about service quality issues in malaysia. I am more interested to know the thought of people working for ISPs. Are they 'numb' too, e.g. biasa lah?

Are they 'numb' too, e.g. biasa lah? It's not 'numb'Their completely DUMB. Don't know what is customer's rights. And when to upgrade and when NOT to upgrade. Now TM only have 150Gbps backbone bandwidth. And HSBB will be launched in the 2nd Q of 2009. The package for HSBB is minimum 10Mbps. That time 150Gbps backbone in 5% user using 10Mbps minimum..... Really... ![]() |

My Malaysia broadband strategy
primary broadband - any wired broadband with 1Mbps(advertised rate) + Singapore proxy (route int'l traffic via Singapore) secondary/mobile broadband - wait for Digi broadband national rollout. In the meantime, use Celcom broadband basic since there is no contract/handling fee |
