Mayb they'll just announced its fixed and we'll have to bear with these speed forever lol GG .

After 4 years in kl, i am generally 'numb' about service quality issues in malaysia. I am more interested to know the thought of people working for ISPs. Are they 'numb' too, e.g. biasa lah?

The package for HSBB is minimum 10Mbps.

My Malaysia broadband strategy

primary broadband - any wired broadband with 1Mbps(advertised rate) + Singapore proxy (route int'l traffic via Singapore)
secondary/mobile broadband - wait for Digi broadband national rollout. In the meantime, use Celcom broadband basic since there is no contract/handling fee
