This is not insider info.. I too have mentioned a few times in my previous posts about TM upgrading their infrastructure to fiber. Also upgrading from DSLAMs to IP-DSLAMs. I think fiber will only be up to the exchanges for now. Then later copper lines to our houses will be replaced by fiber (FTTH). As I said before, these are major upgrades which takes time. Maybe TM should have done or started this a few years back instead of only doing it recently.it's to support the so called rumours that they going to provide 100mbps service in 2015... but i can't comment more on that
