SERVICE INTERRUPTION

Dear Valued Customers,

Telekom Malaysia Berhad ™ wishes to inform its customers that WE FAILED IN RESTORING THE LINE AND COULDN'T KEEP OUR 17TH APRIL PROMISE TO OUR STREAMYX CUSTOMERS.As such we have no other choice but to destroy our own server,which causes the Streamyx website (www.streamyx.com.my) to currently experiencing a disruption of service due to server breakdown.Yea we did it because we don't know what else we could do to keep our promise. As a result customers are unable to access the website,hence we were able to extend our "lives" again from rain of complaints by Streamyx customer that non stop asking about the 17th April's promise.

Restoration works on the affected system is already in progress and we have migrated the website to another back-up server. We expect the complete recovery of the server by 3.00 p.m. today.

We would like to assure you that you would be able to access the website after this period. TM apologizes for any inconvenience caused.
