I started getting a very fed up problem for 2 consecutive days,

I live in Batu Pahat, Johor. At night around 7.40-8pm, my internet speed will suddenly plump down to close to zero (google pings can turn from 70ms to request timed out), and it won't recover until like now (that's why I can surf in lowyat). During the "downtime", I can surf NONE of the websites, they all get timed out. Even with 60.54 pings (which is the fastest for my area).

Screw it.

And I realised I can chat msn freely when I can't access any websites.
