want to ask.. is japanese phone like ntt docomo and softbank can be use on place without 3g network coverage?

i see.. i plan want to buy softbank 911t from my friend and plan to bring it back home to sabah. i just worried about network support cause what i hear that this phone only can use on 3g and edge network but no one can confirm that it will work on edge network.. can anyone help me? and where in kl i can get replacement part for jphone like housing, battery and accesories?

so.. on edge network? can use or not? and where i can find phone shop that sell and service j phone in bukit bintang area and other place?

already ask at garage sales.. i didn't found one yet.. and i already ask many forumer.. some of them dont have stock right now.. huhu

oh i see.. cause 1 of the seller here from sabah name naqib9 claim that this phone can be use under edge network

and this website oso claim that this phone can be use on edge network.. that why i want to clarify this thing before i bring my phone to sabah.. cause in sabah most of the place is cover by edge already.
