Hi,
Need the help from all the knowledgeable people about Japanese Android phones..

I'm currently studying in Japan and i lost my phone last week and I'm thinking of getting an android instead of the normal flip ones. but Since i'll be graduating next year and coming back to Malaysia i just want to know if I will be able to use it back home.

There's the option of the Iphone 4S but... I'm not really keen on getting an Iphone cause i don't really like it and also because it's everywhere.

If they can't be used back in Malaysia by simply putting in the sim card... Is there a way to solve this?
DO i have to go bring it to the shop and have it go for surgery or something?

Please do tell me cause I'm dying without a phone now.. >.<

Oh and on a side note.. I have a contract with Softbank so only models from softbank are the only ones i can get..
