If you read the latest posts right above, you will know that now maxis doesn't work with hypersim J-phones in Klang Valley & KL. I think generally whole of Selangor also don't work for maxis.
Digi should be fine though. I assume you've already tried CPR & set network to GSM only? Not too sure on other solutions... |

QUOTE(sonic_cd @ Apr 12 2011, 06:45 PM) http://mobile-review.com/review/panasonic-...-phone-en.shtml Interesting indeed. Although this doesn't apply to any of the older phones, after seeing some of the upcoming Docomo phones (check out this HoFo thread or this HWZ thread), it's a super tempting chance to get one now.this maybe a little late , but the most interesting line in the article is this . » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « hmmmm Can't wait to see how this plays out. But somehow I can imagine the price for a new unlocked Docomo being super expensive... |

Omg SH-01B body + Android OS. Too bad the touchscreen operation doesn't look good in the video. |

Never dealt with that seller before, so I can't say much.
I've dealt with skyng86 before though. Nice guy, so if you can, get your keitai from him instead. |

@PantsuWiki: Go to Lowyat's Mobile Phones section in the Garage Sales and search for either docomo, softbank or sharp. Surprisingly there are a handful of second-hand models available for you to buy, and there are a few that are around RM900~RM1000 price range, which I think is quite good already.
I think one of the best offers you could go for right now is raptor_cZn's SH1810c (just check his post above). It's a Sharp phone made for the Chinese market, meaning it does not need a hypersim, so that means no need to CPR at all. It doesn't have a rotating screen, but seeing as how you have your eyes on the SH-11C which also doesn't have a rotating screen, I think it should be fine for you. 8MP CCD camera is a great plus too, although I don't think it has web browsing. (I'd buy it if I didn't already have my 933SH. Anyway, just continue to search around and see what fits your needs. If you have any questions, you can ask me and I'll try to answer them when I can. |
