currently i have been changing my hotlink prepaid to maxis prepaid....when i put in my sim card into my docomo fon,it is written "d uim cant be recognised"...but it works fine when i change to other fon like sony ericsson...can i noe wat's wrong it is and how am i goin 2 deal wif it?thx

you made a call on the cpr phone?  like to voicemail, etc?  dd you try nework select on manual?

are u living in KL? i think the network operator in KL got some modification
using maxis o digi o celcom? i'm a hotlink user

few days ago i went to old klang road and when i reach my home at cheras, i found that my signal out again and off-on restarting the phone (using anti-CPR bypass sim) but failed at last. so i try CPR the phone for few days since my signal out, now i still facing the total lost of my signal in j-phone

i think maxis might change the way of transmitting their signal therefore useless either off-on or CPR the phone, not sure about that, as i start facing CPR-helpless since few months ago at my working place, now the same problem occur at central of KL area, i suspect is not the problem of the phone or our bypass sim, signal problem in KL is the main cause

ah.. the Anti-cpr hypersim in KL still not so working well ah? (i mean the Telco, not the hypersim) ??

coz i m going to s'pore this weekeend to purchase the anti-crp from benny for my 923sh wor /sweat/

to all KL area Jphone users who met the signal retrieve problem, may follow the below instruction. It's worked with one of the user in KL. she did this using her Nokia 6500.

Instruction For Sim reset:

Use a Nokia if not a Sony Ericsson ( some troublesome sim need use either one )

go time and date auto timing should be on.
On it got to network .
Set GSM mode only
Then from network search,select manual search for other provider rather than the one u r using ...
after that switch back to automatic network
jump to the main screen , if successful u will see no signal on ur screen
if not try doing again. ( this is important )
wait a while network signal will come back.
this time make 2-3 calls out , dnt rush in the process.
if ok try to answered one of the phone calls.

then on and off ur phone .
the try make few calls again.

then off it switch back to ur japan handphone it will work now .

Do try and let me know, since I will be going back to KL soon.

try with those old nokia monochrome phones .
