After 3 months of waiting, I have been laugh by friends, said I got cheated, I wasted my time, even myself also feel that. 2 more weeks will be my semester break, and will back to hometown for 3 weeks, so no matter what, I must get it this week.

If the supplier got our money, and the money still didn't change into hardware, why can't we get back our money? He throw into share market or brought to Genting Casino? If the money changed into hardware, so why we still can't get our stuff?

Well you have your exam, so am I. If you want to, I'll sms you everyday to let you know but frankly, theres no meaning doing that as all I got to say is "Still no news" , "Processing" . You get my meaning?

Supplier didn't update me although I already asked him everyday, there isn't anything to update and what you want me to tell you? Yea you have been cheated about the time of arrival, so am I. Supplier everytime didn't let me know the exact details and all even I keep asking him and he will simply reply back with same answer.

Here is the update to the refund

RM1250 ( per 7-10 days or Weekly )

I will come out with how many individually that you guys can get soon. BTW, is it okay if I pay those smaller amount to settle off first? nic , I need your opinion here, as yours are the largest sum and I think if you agree then I might clear off others and after that , all go to you.

BTW, I won't be updating daily as exam starting on Wednesday and I need to concentrate on that. Nonetheless, I will post updates here ASAP after I got something from supplier. That's all.

Can't really comment on that cause I don't understand such a complicating process from your supplier, infact this is the first time i've heard someone doing installment refund when the order can't be fufilled, what's more the payment was not in installment form at first.

I do not know how much Your supplier can refund at a time either. Furthermore,the challenges or problems that HE is facing in order to refund us remain unknown. Where is all the money we have bank in to you to make the order ? Was the problem the Bank transfer limit ? or He's applying for loan from the bank to pay us all(im just kidding); No, i no idea at all.

If you don't furnish us with these info, there's no way we could suggest on the refund in any matter. What's more, we're doing this to favour your Supplier way. (Where is the consumer rights ? These money shouldn't be handled this way At the first place when there's a failed order. Not to mentioned we have not asked for compensation for all those time wasted waiting)

Additionally, i think you left out most important matter here, when only will the first refund taken place ? You said it will be this week. Please don't let us think that you/your supplier intending to only start the refund in 10 days time starting today. So your weekly refund is not weekly anymore isn't it.

Please state everything clearer, cause i just have a few simple question, When, How long and what amount of refund i could get in your so called weekly "7 to 10 days".

Start of refund :
17-20 September 2007 (Sorry if I stated this week though as my supplier said its 7-10 days counting on
10 September

Initial Refund Plan (4 times)
RM 1250 x 4 in a 7-10 days (or weekly) basis.
Meaning every 7-10 days , RM1250 will be refunded to the forumer.

5th Refund - ?? Refund
After the initial refund, which is the 5th refund stage,
RM 2000 or MORE will be refunded to the forumer.

Note : Anytime starting from the initial refund, FULL REFUND will be given if supplier manage to recover the lost money. So, keep your finger crossed.

Yes , you might say : "When will the refund be settle like this?". IMHO, this is better than you didnt received anything and get one full refund at the end of waiting. This also can assure some of your parents, or yourself that the money is at least still able to get back. I don't know if I should be saying this but that my opinion. FYI, I myself also have orders quite big sum of stuff and, stucked here at well. Of course, I need to settle all you guys case first before getting my own

And also, for smaller amount <RM100-500, will be settle in one time if its doable. (Especially the ram bulk buyers)

Bro, i would say this first before i comment. If you feel annoyed with my post, just PM me and i will remove it.

In those words, it seems that your supplier is threatening the buyers that if they continue to push, they will get nothing back. Is that the way your supplier handle their clients? Your supplier (if your supplier is still the one which i know which this i do not doubt as your T&C and the way he drags things is just like the one i used to know) is a master of evasion when it comes to this. I was in your position when i was put in such a position by him(worst part of it i do not deal direct with him but through somebody in the middle, i was in a worse state than you i can say). Whenever i push my middle man when is my stuff coming, he tells me, supplier is not free, supplier's car broke down, supplier is sick and also theft case, that is why these excuses given by your supplier is far too familiar to me.

Their fate lies in you which will help them fight for the best deal and settlement, and seriously, is that the best you can negotiate with him? He has loads of businesses going on and what is that little sum to him even if he really loses 15k this time to theft?

We'll just keep our fingers crossed and see when his first partial payment will go through. It's already another week delay on the next week, and there is always a next week. We shall see. I pray to god that you can prove me wrong by settling this dispute faster than what i think it will take. I do not want to see another fellow forumer's reputation being put at stake just because of the supplier's selfishness.

although i am not involved in this case but i feel innocent for the buyer who pay money and wait for such long time. At the end, the supplier unable to fulfilled the order and decide to do refund. I am quite surprised that the refund is being done by installment, what if the buyer family is not rich? They only got such budget to buy computer and this has delayed them to get a computer for themselves.

Ok.. lets wait till next week to see lor... What u mean is you rcan 1 time refund rm 1250 to only 1 buyer right, coz ur supplier refund u rm 1250 per week Right. So u will refund by deviding the rm 1250 or refund to 1 person rm 1250..??

Guys, hasn't s[H]sIkuA said he's gone off for his holidays? sorry I mean exams.

Anyway, from what I gather from his usual wishy washy replies, his supplier (not s[H]sIkuA) is proposing (based on latest update) RM1,250 per 7 to 10 days (big maybe here). This will be shared amongst those on the list.

How much each gets per refund event, s[H]sIkuA has not stated and I think he still hasn't a clue how he's splitting it. Notice, he asked the TS (who is on top of the refund list) whether he can refund others first, and he promptly ignores the TS's post for clarification?

Hope you guys can give shsikua a little bit of time. Everyone is earning a bit for their life and so am I.

It's better he got explanation + solution than running away right??

I am totally sick of ppl who put in this kind of comments. The buyers have been more than considerate with him. It's up to the seller to live up to his many promises, so far I can only rate his fulfillment success negatively.

I would appreciate if everyone could drop the point of commenting "Due to Exams..." and "Supplier fault.." from here. The seller should held responsiblity for their own buyer. Cause in the end buyers are the one who do all the waiting, and not to mentioned the order was not fufilled.

I would agree that we should, or we already did give him ALL the time he wants (without fufilling the order), but who will compensate all the time we lost ?

14 - 18 working days, order will delay is NOT good enough even tho it was stated as Terms and Condition, but not being able to update what are the status for the order even after the 18 working days period is just plain ridiculous.

And again, another wait here until 20th September.

And the first reflected amount should be RM1250 for me. Then the 2nd Refund (On the following week) he will split the RM1250 to refund other people instead of refunding me since i don't really in rush of the money. Yes, i'm helping the seller in a way. Pretty weird huh in a business environment.

You should clear this doubt up ASAP, i don't think spending 30 minutes at most replying here will effect your exam that much.

Okay, I apologise again to s[H]sIkuA for my comment about him not answering the TS.

I just sent a sms to shsikua, and he added me into the refund list.

I very sick and f*** off with the 3 months waiting, and I don't care any shit compensation here, I just hope he can do me a small small favor, just give me back my money on time, don't play fool on us, like from 1 week RM1250 become 1 month RM1250, and change to 3 months nothing.


to Shsikua: please calculate how long I can get back all my money, or just do it for everyone and post it up here.

Dude... let's be frens now shall we? All i want to know right now is how long is this going on? You have cleared out that the refund will start on the 17th of September, fine. I'm clear on that one, but the refund part i'm not too clear about. The RM1250 that you have stated, is it shared evenly to all the people on the refund list or individually? An what's with RM1250 x4 in 7-10 days (or weekly basis) ? what's this about? Just make it plain and simple. Don't make people chase you around the place mates... jus state. RM1250 will be banked in everyweek whether it's gonna be divided equally or individually. I hope to hear from you soon. Been keeping my cool here... please don't make people wait any longer. It's tiring..

Suppose to meet supplier yesterday but he can't make it , later on will meet him

So here is the breakdown

First 4 week refund list

nic_chm : RM 200
Ng Kai Long : RM 240 / 260 (Cleared up his refund first)
Ah Shawn : RM 200 ( I will try to make it to RM285 full refund if I can )
Vhanded : RM 200
StratOS : RM 200
Xtreme_Heightz : RM 200

So thats it for the first week, as I will be clearing 2 up on the first , then second refund will be divided by 4 ppl

Sorry for the confussion , shouldve stated earlier , yeah the RM 1250 is for all

Currently there is no news about how much more supplier will add but AFAIK, this 1-2 weeks should stay at the RM 1250 level, more will be added as soon as some cash flowing in
