Metro -E from TM is 1Gbps ? 10Mbps per user means only can support 100 users?

Australia has 25mbitup/5mbitdown ADSL2+ for A$69.90. The exchange rate can be done almost one-to-one. Wish we had those speeds. Of course, they have a data cap of 40GB a month. Anything is better than paying Rm469 a month which is ridiculous for a home-user.
