On the 10 Jun i bankin to her:

17th June i recieved the parcel - Sender Mr Lim/ Tel No 017 7505011
-7bottles hotpink( 4 hotpink 3 VIP Gold) She mistaken my order. So she promise me to send the VIP Gold .

18 Jun I recieved sender : WENDY Fon no: 017-7236667..
- I recieved 1 bottle VIP Gold.

- I found 1unit of the Hotpink and 1unit of the VIP Gold creams spill out from the bottle and bursting out from the pump.. i noticed 2units of the VIP Gold cream also starting to have the problems as in the pic i've taken. 3units of the Hotpink weight seem very light even my sister and friends notice the difference. The smell also very odd, unpleasant and very different from the original bb cream..

So i sms to her no 010 2160098 & 016 3591768, telling her the problems and ask her if her BB Cream really ORIGINAL?.. She said " Dun worry,its Ori"... She even blame poslaju for the bb dat spoilt, but i wonder,i bought so many bb from other seller before and handle by poslaju but no problems like this... Why her bb got so many problems? Iam not the only buyer got problems buying bb cream from her. I ask her to refund or change the BB with original bb with no problems/defects... She still claim her bb ori. She said doest mean her bb cheap and spoilt then its FAKE/NOT ORI. But im not talking about the cheapness of her bb creams making its FAKE. The main point is dat im having problems with all tbe bb creams.. She dont want to refund but willing to replace. She ask me to send back the spoilt bb creams. But since her bb cream fake, what is the point asking me to send back and replace with new fake bb cream.. .

When i demand for REFUND she ask me to call her supplier 017 7505011. I ask her who is her supplier? Wondering why got two different sender Mr Lim and Wendy. She said Wendy her agent, Mr Lim the Boss. I wonder why different name/person but the number belong to the same person... Refer link below:

She ask me to deal with her supplier directly since she never hold the stocks..She said all her customer" box flap" got no website...She said i can post all i want ,all she can do is refer me back to her supplier... I was hoping she cud personally responsible since i bought from her, not her supplier. She even say i go manipulate things.. But, her bb not ori, there is no need for me to go manipulate things. What benefits i get doing so. All i do here is telling the truth about the stock i recieved from her..

upon requested by edlina as im one of the victim as well, my bb cream has the website at the flap also..

i return the stock twice and yesterday there's one customer complaint again so this week will be third return.
the procedure of return-replacement will not end as her stock has problem! no matter how many time replaced, my customer will never satisfy.. not only the bottle has many scratches, and looks low quality (disappointed) and the content is so watery.. some of the hot pink bottle seems lighter as if it's empty inside.. i really doubt that.. if she is real seller, whenever we return, she should replace the stock and take the spoilt bottles to korea supplier to ask for replacement. isn't that sounds more appropriate? she rather keep on sending the replacement and collect the spoilt bottle, and waste the postage if there's many trip, just like mine.. 3 TRIPS!! and postage is from johor to kuching.

and i have proved that mr lee (but christy and edlina called him mr lim, multiple surname! weird!) and wendy yap is the same felllow.. who will ever send items by writing name as MR LEE? and the way MR LEE sms with me regarding the replacement stock is just like the pattern WENDY smsed me last time.. FYI, i used to take Beauty Diary mask 25 box from wendy, and when i received, the stock arent as authentic as she mentioned.. when i asked back, she said that are rejected stock and those which eliminated by factory due to packaging problems bla bla.. and she said i dint tell her at first that i wan top quality stock, as she also has, but higher price.. but she didnt mentioned to me the stock i ordered has problem! Back to the point, i did claimed to Mr Lee that I know that 'you are wendy!' and she just pretend as if she dunno.. and as promised, she said when all my spoilt goods returned than she will send the replacement back. after i sent all, i smses her, but she never reply. and i asked her why take so long to replace my bottles, about 4 days from the last spoilt bottle sent! she said i didnt inform her and actually i did! we did negotiate properly at first but she blamed me back.. lol.. funny supplier with many faces..

kok yee ling @ christy did provide me her address and her ic number during msn chatting..
so to verified it, i did keep in recoed. and one day when i tried to track her so called successful tradelist, found out the receiver for HUAY1223 - 1 UNIT- PAID - EN284033482MY is actually herself.. and still got comments in her thread.. making up stories?? lol.. and that HUAY1223 user also log in once only and just to comment on her thread.. and till now that account is still inactive since the last post..

she keep saying we cant prove her stock was fake, but she can never bring out proof to prove her stock is real too!!

joybutterable, the Gold Label/ Hot Pink with website printed on the BOX Flap i think is possible IF the manufacture date is 2008-beginning of 2009. I remembered before I started my business selling SKIN79, i bought a Hot Pink from a seller (I couldn't recalled who) with the website printed on the box flap also. (that time was either 2008/ end of 2008).

That means, if those lollipox sent out are 2010 manufactured stocks, then it's for sure SHOULDN't got the website printed on the box flap, don't even say behind the box.

For your reference, I have Gold Label 2009 November, 12th manufactured stocks with me too. Confirmed no website printed on both box flap/behind box.

So what is the batch of manufacture date you guys got from her ya?

Whatever business u dealing with,most importantly is to be responsible.. Not to blame anyone if problems accured.. U the one recieve money from us, not ur supplier... Also ur fault if u dont check the bb creams Originality before sending to ur customers but 110% sure the bb creams ori.. The main problems is dat the bb creams is not ori .. Fake and spoil, two problems at the time...

As you can see my Hot Pink stocks are also 2010/04/29, just later than yours a few days...Takkan the manufacturing factory released my stocks with no website printed, but yours with website... just a few days of difference. hmmm.... hmm.gif

Well,Edlina,Joybutterable I got d latest news and found out that wendy's stock some is fake and some is real.I asked her for settlement but she dint even reply my sms,my call neither my msg in msn.As a result,edlina,its my mistake to believe this wendy.I called up that MR LIM and a man picked up and i realise wendy voice is at the back of the conversation.Now i am also a victim,i also wanna know what can i do to solve this problem.As now i already changed a supplier,if its ok for you edlina,i will replace with my own money for u for hot pink as i cant refund for u...im really sorry.Kindly let me know thank you

i believe the man so called mr lim is the mr lee that i ever called before.. ya.. he doesnt sound like cheating, and someone is beside him instructing him..

after all you just willing to say a sorry and turn out to another story about your supplier, wendy, mr lim and your relationship?

it is very fishy that you seem lying and make up story here.

i don't really believe you said they provided you some fake somehow real stock.

If you were have that intention to follow up of each customers problem, you can explain that earlier but not push to your supplier or whosoever.

When customer parcel damage, you can blame poslaju for sure. You can also go to lodge report and get claim from poslaju but not trying to avoid from the problem remained unsolve until everyone came out to make a big fuss only made story to say sorry.

What you did and you know.

Forever, when you type your name in google and it appeared that you sell fake skin79 bb cream as this thread will never remove anymore.

Your best solution is to refund all money to us.

Simple as that. because when people asked you to prove your stock but you reverse the blame on us.

You even said believe me or not. Buy it or don't.

i believe if u use ur own money to buy the ori stock and replace the stock for us, u still gotta pay more for it because bcoz according to few experienced seller in lyn saying that price is far too low for supplier.. and no guarantee on the new stock also.. if we receive the replacements and found it's fake again and who are we gonna blame this time? to avoid problems and any unwanted things to happen, is more wise to refund for us because money is the best proof to show compensation here after so many issues arose.. ask urself and the wendy@mr lee, how much trouble we gave each other all these while, saying im troublesome customer and said will compensate me bla bla.. bubble wrap also become newspaper and so many celotape.. this two-three weeks, wasting my postage and car petrol to pos laju and sms that stupid wendy everyday to remind her this and that but she always use the same excuse 'i sent store (she always spell stock as store) to singapore today so cant reply your sms.' so lame excuse..
i didnt mean to put my anger on anyone here, ask urself, how many bottle i bought through you from wendy, is 25units!

ever since she claimed she is innocent and wendy not responding, edlina & joybutterable which involved large sum considering buying bulk from her, you both can lodge a police report against them.

this is the solution then. the longer you drag and the police report will be not effective as the police will suspect on the truth of the statment.

if replace, she just need to pay for the cost of buying the bb cream and do not need to return her profit to you.

so this is the way she can save the in between refund and replacement

Is there a difference? you're using your money to buy new stock from a new supplier.. why not just refund the money that you're going to use to buy the new stock?
I think u guys should just quickly lodge a police report and not waste your time here anymore. She just gonna keep making excuses and blah blah blah... better make a report asap before its too late to take any action.

You can't push everything to the supplier. You decided to sell for them, you opened a thread and sold it, people bank in to your account. You must be responsible for your own faults.
If all the sellers in Lowyat told their buyers to refer back to the suppliers/ boss, do u think anything will be solved? Who people buy from is who they refer to. Simple as that.

This is not making sense at all...

you get your stuff from supplier which is fake and you said u will Not REFUND because u purchase it with ur own money for another supplier.. So, why can't you refund the money to the buyer ?? and you just ask the buyer to blame on the supplier which is selling the fake product to you ??? WTH are this words ??? Like I always say, what happens between seller and buyer is between them only.
What goes on behind the scene i.e. between seller and his/her supplier; that's another different matter altogether.

So if I go, Carrefour to buy something and resell and the buyer finds something not right; what do I do? I insist on him/her going back to Carrefour to "claim", "complain" "ask for refund"?!.... of course not!

Same goes in this current situation. You cannot push everything to your supplier. That is between you and your supplier. If like this, then the supplier says it's the factory's fault then what?! They all go Korea or whatever place they produce the product?!

Only one advise, BE RESPONSIBLE! You chose to "carry" and resell the product in order to make a profit. Now there's problem; you just walk away?! You took your risk and now the risk comes back and bite you.

we dealt with you, not ur supplier.. is wendy's fault for selling fake products but u are the person whom dealt with us, and u mentioned if the stock if fake then will have refund, and now, u admitted the stock is fake, so will u keep the promise to refund? a good and responsible seller siding their customers when anything happened to the stocks.. supplier gives u problem stocks, its ur problem, not ours! we order through you, so u gonna be responsible over it..
rough estimation, 14gold label xRm41 , 2hotpink xRm32, 9hotpink xRm35=RM 953(still got two time postage and replacement units' postage 3 times)..
i invested nearly 1k for fake stock... u are the seller so u have to be responsible for it..

one thing i wan you to clarify..how do you get new stock for the replacement??

1. did you buy the replacement from new supplier?
2. if you buy, whos money you use? yours?

if all the above true then why you cant refund with your own money..if you buy new one + postage clearly more loss to your side..

As a cosmetic seller, frankly, be a seller is not with that way. Although I'm not the most experience seller here in LYN, but at least you know the moral values well when doing business with people.

If you are very sure your stocks are real, and as you promised on your thread last time, i remembered you promised to show your buyers the EMS receipt from Korea, right? So where is the receipt?

Secondly, why those buyers not begging refund from wendy???? Easy, Because they were not buying from Wendy. They bought from you, lollipox, here, in LYN. Don't ever ask your clients to approach your whoever supplier, because You are the seller, not them.

Then, it is your responsibility too to ensure whether the stocks you took are authentic. It's your job to check every single features/logo/wordings/EVERYTHING of your stocks once you got it from your supplier EVEN you know this supplier is trustable.
But your condition there was, you never see the stocks, you never own the stocks, you only take orders, then your suppliers pack and post out to your clients. Then why you were telling your clients your stocks are Authentic since you NEVER checked before? This is for sure your bloody fault. No excuse, No blaming.
You remembered in this thread, your previous post, you were saying that you found out Wendy's stocks are fake?
But now you are blaming your buyers accusing you about the fake products. This is really funny. And I am confused too reading posts here, few days ago you apologized saying your stocks are fake. Today you are saying all buyers are accusing you about the authenticity.

If SKIN79 really has so many different packagings over different countries, how come your stocks from Korea, and we all sellers here also take stocks from Korea, why is it we are having the different patterns of stocks compare to yours?
Why same manufacturing batch of stocks from Korea of yours and other sellers in LYN will have differences? This is impossible. To change a packaging is not in 1-2days matter.

Do business of course NO REFUND. But this is only applicable to REAL BUSINESS. HONEST BUSINESS.
If the stocks is authentic, have no problem, then of course you shouldn't refund.
But now they are not. You yourself already claimed that the stocks are fake.

The best way to solve:
To those your buyers who want a refund, you must refund to them.
To those who are willing to trust you again, and accept your replacement, then you replace.
You will never have the right to force your buyer to accept your replacement. SINCE your fault at the first.
You have to bear the lost (if you have to.) You have to see this as lesson. (if you are really cheated by Wendy)

There're no free lunch in this world. Did a mistake, accept the lesson and learn from it.

This thread is hilarious, seriously. I know you buyers are trying to be nice but the seller is too young, scheming or trying something fishy. You already have all the relevant information, phone numbers, Pos Laju Tracking with recipient & IC number, all you need to do now is to stop wasting time and make a police report. Follow up with a court order to release information from the mobile operators and pos laju and you can practically camp in front of these people places. Take it as a lesson that your investment is lost but if the police nabs these crooks they will have a bigger price to pay. The victims would have done a public service by making sure they don't con other people in the future. It is clear she is not willing to refund after numerous attempts by kind people to knock some sense into her thick skull. Stop wasting time before they get the wiser and relocate wink.gif

dear lollipopx, my advice is, just refund the money as soon as possible to others instead of wasting so many times to argue online n by phone, u even cant sleep well n rest well. Nothing's important than health. Save the time to do more research, start a new business with authentic product plus ethical etitude and u may success in the future. That's what i can advice.

And it's really no point to spend a lot of time to argue and fight. Ur image n reputation will getting worse only and it will affect ur future. A nice and responsible seller should be polite in words and apologize sincerely and try to solve it if any mistake happened but not just "find Wendy! find Wendy!" it doesnt help u any as for most of the ppl here, Wendy=lollipopx... And the reality, who's right who's wrong, only u know, god know.

For ur own good, think twice girl.

Last time, I bought a perfume, and it turned out it was not as what I thought it would be. But the seller is kind enough, by offering me to refund the money.
He wanted me to post the perfume back to him at Penang. I was in Kota Bharu.
So, based on trust, I sent it by Poslaju to him.

He did refund me as soon as he got the perfume back.

So, what I'm trying to say is that, since you are not going to use the stuff anymore (this BB cream is fake right?), just send it back to the seller la.
Simpan pun, no use.
She promised to refund, then she better do so. Otherwise, lodge a police report.

I trusted that guy who promised to refund me last time, he is trustworthy from the early stage of the deal. wink.gif

Forgot to mention, he deducted RM10 from the payment. I paid RM70, he refunded RM60.
Which is good enough for me since I really can't use the perfume.
