Anyway,I am also 17 and I was going to post a topic regarding an ideal weight for a 17 year old as I came across this topic.
I weigh 71kgs(5'10" I think for height) and I'm not fat but well toned I guess.(I don't like to brag,but I've been going to the gym since last year)
Is it a good weight?
My BMI shows that I'm in the Healthy Weight category though but I still think that I'm overweight because all of my friends are mostly lighter than me.(exceptional are bodybuilder friend and "fat" friend)
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
And by the way,how do you bodybuilders out there calculate your body fat?
